We start with what you have. If new items would make a difference, we’ll make suggestions—but there’s no pressure to purchase anything extra.

Never. We work at your pace and within your comfort zone. If decluttering is a goal, we’ll guide you and communicate our suggestions. All the decisions are yours.

Yes! We offer seasonal refreshes, ongoing maintenance sessions, and flexible support to keep your systems working. Whether it’s rotating kids’ clothes, tackling post-holiday chaos, or resetting your home each season—we’ve got you.

You can book online or contact Kate directly. If you’re in crisis mode or need urgent help, the SOS Package is available for fast support.

Yes. We sort donations, handle drop-offs, and advise on resale or consignment strategies. While we don’t resell items directly, we’ve got years of experience and can tell you what’s worth selling and what’s best to donate—saving you time and stress.

We’re sensitive to emotional attachments and help you find balance—keeping what’s meaningful and letting go of what’s not. We can also suggest creative ways to honor or store keepsakes without cluttering your space.

Yes! We build systems around how your family actually lives, not how Pinterest says you should. We aim for function over perfection—and create strategies that are easy to maintain with kids (and life!) in the mix.

Yes! All multi-hour packages (Reset, MFM, Village) are designed to be flexible. You can schedule 2- or 3-hour sessions based on what works best for you.

Once you’ve made an appointment with Swoop, that time is reserved exclusively—and respectfully—for you. Scheduling is done thoughtfully to ensure each client receives focused, personalized support. To protect that time, we ask all clients to follow the cancellation policy below:
ConsultationsConsultations may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
If canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the $50 consult fee is non-refundable.
If rescheduled and completed, the fee may still be applied to a future session or package.

(The Quickie, The Reset, Mom for a Mom, The Village, and Recurring Weekly Visits)Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any session—single or recurring.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.If Swoop arrives and is unable to access the home or begin the session, the full session fee will apply.
