  • Nope! Some clients love to be involved, while others prefer to step away and return to a refreshed space. It’s completely up to you.

  • Gather any spare storage bins, baskets, and containers that you have on hand.  

  • We start with what you have. If new items would make a difference, we’ll make suggestions—but there’s no pressure to purchase anything extra.

  • Never. We work at your pace and within your comfort zone. If decluttering is a goal, we’ll guide you and communicate our suggestions. All the decisions are yours.

  • Yes! We offer seasonal refreshes, ongoing maintenance sessions, and flexible support to keep your systems working. Whether it’s rotating kids’ clothes, tackling post-holiday chaos, or resetting your home each season—we’ve got you.

  • You can book online or contact Kate directly. If you’re in crisis mode or need urgent help, the SOS Package is available for fast support.

  • Yes. We sort donations, handle drop-offs, and advise on resale or consignment strategies. While we don’t resell items directly, we have years of experience and can tell you what’s worth selling and what’s best to donate—saving you time and stress.

  • We’re sensitive to emotional attachments and help you find balance—keeping what’s meaningful and letting go of what’s not. We can also suggest creative ways to honor or store keepsakes without cluttering your space.

  • Yes! We build systems around how your family actually lives, not how Pinterest says you should. We aim for function over perfection—and create strategies that are easy to maintain with kids (and life!) in the mix.

  • Yes! All packages are designed to be flexible. We will work together to schedule sessions that make sense for your space and schedule. Package hours expire 90 days from the date of purchase.

  • We’re based in Norwell, MA and proudly serve the South Shore of Massachusetts, including surrounding towns Cohasset, Duxbury, Hanover, Hingham and Marshfield.

  • Yes! Swoop support makes a thoughtful gift for new moms, overwhelmed friends, or anyone needing a little extra help. Purchase directly on our website or contact us to purchase.

  • Consultations We ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable and your slot is forfeited. No-shows are non-refundable. Each consultation may be rescheduled once with proper notice.

    Organizing Sessions We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours incur a $75 fee. If Swoop arrives and cannot access the home or begin the session, the full session fee applies.
