SUPPORT DELIVERED

Hey there, I’m Kate.

I started Swoop because I needed something like it—and I couldn’t find it. After having my kids, I was completely overwhelmed. The house, the laundry, the mental load… it all felt like too much, and I just wanted someone to step in, support me, and help me catch my breath.

But that kind of help didn’t exist. So I created it.

Swoop was born out of my own experience—out of those messy, exhausting, beautiful days of motherhood where you need more than advice… you need actual support. My mission is to give other moms what I wish I had: real, hands-on help from someone who understands the chaos and cares enough to show up and make life easier.

Whether I’m folding laundry, tackling a toy explosion, or just helping you feel less alone in your own home, I’m here to bring calm to the chaos—and remind you that you don’t have to do it all on your own.

“Literally amazing”

“Bless your heart, I can't tell you how literally amazing it is coming home to a house you have swooped.”
